Power couple Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman aren’t in the process of purchasing a $39 million Manhattan townhouse, but they have put their Franklin, Tennessee country retreat on the market for $3.4 million. The secluded property nestled on over 35 acres features a 5,086 square foot home with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms as well as two half baths. The gated property also has a guest cottage, barn, garden, and trails to enjoy.
According to Variety, the couple bought the place in 2007 for $2.45 million. Though they have placed this country estate up for sale, Keith, Nicole, and their daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, are staying put in their Nashville ‘home base’— a 12,000-square-foot mansion in an exclusive gated community. No official word on why the pair are selling off this gorgeous rural property.

Not surprisingly, the Urban-Kidman family owns multiple properties throughout the world. The couple owns a penthouse in Sydney, Australia, a 100-plus acre country spread outside of Sydney, a mansion in Beverly Hills, and a duplex condo in lower Manhattan’s West Chelsea neighborhood.
